What Else Do We Offer?
Reflexology
Reflexology is a natural holistic therapy that utilizes the reflexes in the hands, feet and ears that correspond to every part, organ and gland in the body. By the application of pressure to these reflex points you are able to relieve stress and anxiety, improve circulation and, thereby, assist the body to return to a state of balance.

The purpose of a Reflexology treatment is to help break down tension, alleviate stress, improve nerve function, and helps in the reduction and management of pain
 
Yoga
Traditionally, yoga is used to cleanse and purify the body spiritually. Here in the west, we use yoga to promote health, fitness and mental stability, working on the union between the body and mind. In a yoga class you can expect to do some breathing exercises, hold challenging positions and quiet the mind- which sometimes is the most difficult part of class!
 
Fitness Classes
We offer a few different styles of fitness classes. One example, Pilates, works to strengthen the core and tone the entire body. Focus is on posture and the waist, hips, thighs, back and stomach (abs). A great workout!
 
 
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between yoga and pilate's?
If you are looking for a great total body workout that focuses on strengthening of the core and improving posture with the use of equipment, this is pilates.

If you are looking for a great total body workout that focuses on the calming and quieting of the mind, re centering and improving flexibility, this is yoga .Either one you choose, you will leave here feeling great!
 
Are pilates and yoga a good cardio workout?
They can be. The harder you decide to work yourself, the more you will get out of it.
 
How do I start taking classes?
For yoga you can just come the night of the class. Taking a beginner class on Wednesdays at 6pm or Tuesdays at 9am is the best way to ease into it.

For pilates we strongly recommend doing a private or semi-private class with the instructor before joining the group classes. This way you can learn all of the different connections and theories properly.
 
What do I wear?
Whatever you will be comfortable getting down on the ground and stretching/moving around in.

For pilates, more form fitting clothes are recommended to see the body to keep the muscles activated.
 
What do I have to bring?
Just yourself and a water bottle or refillable canteen. We have yoga mats to use if you don’t have your own.
